Cheif Editor Lampson Liu of China Bulk Stock Network was invited to attend "Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) 2011 Lunch" on 27 May 2011, Beijing, China.

The Energy Market Authority of Singapore organises the annual Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) to serve as a platform for senior government officials, industry leaders and academics to deliberate and exchange perspectives on major issues on the global energy agenda. The fourth annual SIEW is being held from the 30th October – 4 November and the theme for this year is "Securing Our Energy Future". It emphasizes the need to rethink energy policies to ensure a stable supply of energy for the future against the backdrop of rising global demand, and concerns over climate change and sustainable development.

As the special guest of World Refining Association, Cheif Editor Lampson Liu of China Bulk Stock Network attends the lunch and reaches a preliminary intention to the co-operation between the two sides with the Energy Market Authority of Singapore. At the appointed time, Cheif Editor Lampson Liu will go to Singapore to attend the Singapore International Energy Week - DOWNSTREAM ASIA 2011 and make a speech.
